- 2 1/2 pounds apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon clove (be sparing)
- 3/4 cup apple juice/cider
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Peel and core the apples and chop into roughly equal chunks.
- Add all ingredients to the pot and mix well.
- Put the lid on, then set the InstantPot to manual for 4 minutes
- At the end of the time, turn the pot off and wait for natural release.
- With a whisk, stir the apple sauce to the desired consistency
