InstantPot Apple Sauce


  • 2 1/2 pounds apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon clove (be sparing)
  • 3/4 cup apple juice/cider
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Peel and core the apples and chop into roughly equal chunks.
  2. Add all ingredients to the pot and mix well.
  3. Put the lid on, then set the InstantPot to manual for 4 minutes
  4. At the end of the time, turn the pot off and wait for natural release.
  5. With a whisk, stir the apple sauce to the desired consistency
